Shipping & Delivery Policy

RestaurantGrowthCo sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping — everything is delivered electronically.

1. How delivery works

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download is delivered automatically by email (and shown on the order confirmation page). You download the files to your own computer and keep them.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is instant — usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. There is no waiting period and no courier.

3. If you don't receive it

• Check the spam / promotions folder of the email you used at checkout.
• Make sure the email address was typed correctly.
• Still nothing? Email restaurantmarketingkit@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88939 54618 with your order ID and we'll send the download straight away.

4. What you need to open the files

Microsoft Excel or a free Google account (for Google Sheets), and any PDF reader. A computer is recommended for the spreadsheet files. Requirements are listed on each product page.

5. Where we deliver

Because delivery is digital, our products are available to buyers in India and worldwide.
