RestaurantGrowthCo ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship that sells digital products — editable spreadsheet templates, planners and guides for restaurant, café and cloud-kitchen owners. By buying from or using this website, you agree to these terms.
All products are digital downloads delivered as Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets files and PDFs. Nothing physical is shipped. Product features and contents are described on each product page.
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or single-business use. You may edit the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sub-licence or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own template product.
All designs, text, formulas and layouts remain the intellectual property of RestaurantGrowthCo. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the product page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner; we do not store your card or bank details.
We may update, improve or withdraw a product at any time. We may also update these terms; the version shown here applies to your purchase on the date you buy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the files.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Patna, India.
